For this project, we focused on the heritage-led regeneration of Millennium Mills. This site located in Royal Docks in London has been vacant since the closure of the docks in the late 1980s. We were asked to create a website with a proposal of our new vision for this regeneration. The project has been an amazing experience, teaching us the importance of heritage and the many implications it brings to re-imagining a place. Additionally, the long-lasting community involvement had a big impact on our proposals and encouraged us to consider more deeply the resilience of the new development.
